If you buy a new dinoz for 16k gold at the dino shop, the best option for the most value of demon notes vs time to lvl the dinoz is to sacrifice it at lvl 10. If you use this strategy, then buy Glidwings and give them Intelligence as soon as you get a lvl in lightning. This way they will lvl faster.

How to: When you have the Sticky Mud, Pure Water and Basalt Shard go to the Underwater Dome at the Island and talk to the Sage. Give him the 3 items and a fight begins with an Earth Elemental. Kill it and the Sage will give you the glove.

Effects: Allows you to participate in the tournament at Bruteforce This one isn't a typo - it is BrutForce on the map. with your dinoz. The fights are PvC and your dinoz will earn more xp than when fighting PvE dinoz and earn xp.

How to: Talk to the Venerable. Then go to Dinotown and give the Injured Soldier a Warm Bread.
Effects: You can go to the Training Center of Big All-Hot at the Forges (For dinoz below level 30). Don't waste your Warm breads on the soldier because the training grounds sucks big time. It's better to keep doing missions or grinding monsters.
