The Anime spring and summer is in full effect and there has/are hundreds of new Anime shows, some are great but most is shit :D
Here are some shows that I like or find interesting.

Accel World
Genre: Action, Sci-Fi
Haruyuki is a small but fat boy around the age of 15 or so. He loves to play video games (who dont :D ) and one day a person at his school introduces him to a virtual world known as Accel World. The game is pretty advanced and when a person logs in for the first time it creates a avatar based on that persons inner thoughts. In the Accel World you fight other players to earn experience, grow in lvl and get new and cool skills. The wold is kind of a kingdom with different rulers over different areas.

Kingdom
Genre: Action, History
The story takes place in China over 2000 years ago, and begins with two orphaned boys, Shin and Hyou, who dreams of becoming mighty warriors.
One day when they train swordsmanship on a field they get approached by a military general. This is a anime about betrayal, war and honor.

Zetman
Genre: Action, Sci-Fi
Zetman is a story about Jin living with his grandfather. They are poor but lives a relatively quiet life in the slums. But Jin's quiet life changes drastically when he comes in contact with a man who turns into a monster called a "Player". It turns out that Jin posses great powers and must battle these "Players" to protect humans and his loved ones. Zetman is a very raw, bloody and violent series, so if you like when people get torn into bloody pieces then this is the show for you :)

Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse
Genre: Action, Mecha, Sci-Fi
Since 1973, an invasion by aliens called BETA has almost run the human civilization into collapse. Faced with these aliens, humanity has developed large humanoid weapons called Tactical Surface Fighter (TSF) and has spread them out to their defense lines around the world. For 30 years, mankind has been in the endless war against the BETA without hope of victory.
This show has all the good shit you need (if your a male that is :D ). Aliens, Mecha, violence and girls with big tits. Its a must see

Sword Art Online
Genre: Action, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Romance
Sword Art was the most popular game in history and now the developers have made Sword Art Online, a virtual world were the players enter and create their characters (pretty much like any other MMORPG game). But what they dont know is that the developer is a crazy fuck and it turns out that once you login you cant logout until you finish the entire game, and if you die in the game you will die in real life (Matrix - The body cant live without the mind). So now Kirito must finish the game before his body dies of hunger and thirst in the real world.

I know with this I'm a grave- digger, but I LOVE animes, can't get enough of them!

My favorites:

- Hunter x Hunter (when it starts you may think meh, but it gets better and better- only for people with much free time, it's already 135 eps long
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventures (2seasons) and JoJo's Bizarre Adventures Stardust Crusaders (all 3 seasons are absolute must see- animes, season 3 is aired at the moment in Japan- fansubs available)
- Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (deeper, intelligent, awesome)- must see
- Casshern Sins (dark, sad, awesome)
- Soul Eater (funny, awesome) - Soul Eater NOT! is aired at the moment- not as good, but kind of cool also

And of course already mentioned Fairy Tail (kind of stupid, but also really funny and touching and exciting), FMA Brotherhood

I'm not into Naruto, many love it, for me it's too long, more fillers than anything else- one piece sure is great, but I never started it and to keep up with already around 600 eps aired is impossible.

and of course I always pick 5-10 from the actual season and watch them- I always planned to organize via MAL, but I'm not that type of guy.

EDIT: I only watch Japanese language with english subtitles- japanese voice acters RULE!
